Private Medical Assessments

Life insurance and some employment medicals (such as HGV Drivers and Taxi Drivers) are undertaken by the Practice.  

Medical Reports that require examination will be charged at £220.

Private Medical Forms

Private medical forms/letters such as firearm certificates, holiday cancellation forms and private sick notes will be charge at £50.
